What’s Included?
All of our weekend gaming getaways include: 2 nights stay in private, comfortable accommodations, 5 catered meals (continental breakfast and food from local restaurants), snacks (chips, cookies, and more), and non-alcoholic beverages (soda included, but not energy drinks), and 10 hours of an interactive roleplaying game led by our talented Game Master.
What are your prices? (2024 prices)
We require all guests to pay a $100 deposit per gamer to reserve the room, the remaining balance is due at check in.
A weekend gaming getaway for two gamers in a private room in Celadon Manor or Mountain Myst (all above included) is $895 +tax.
A weekend gaming getaway for one gamer in a private room in Celadon Manor or Mountain Myst (all above included) is $555 +tax.
A special weekend gaming getaway for two gamers in Chaotic Good or Chaotic Evil Rooms in Redwall Castle (all above included) is $995 +tax.
A special weekend gaming getaway for two gamers in Lawful Evil or True Nuetral Rooms in Redwall Castle (all above included) is $1,095 +tax
Where are you located?
We operate out of Frederick, Maryland. Sometimes we use venues in Washington, DC, Baltimore, southern PA, northern VA, or western WV.
I am vegan, can you accommodate my diet?
Yes! We can accommodate any dietary requirements. Gluten free, Vegetarian, or Low-Carb we offer lots of options. Let us know that you need prior to arrival. Please note that additional vegan and/or gluten free options are available at an additional $35 charge per guest.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. We do not have a liquor license, so we are unable to supply your alcoholic beverages. We will provide all your non-alcoholic drinks and you are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
I’ve never played D&D. Can beginners stay and play?
First, welcome to the hobby! We love to introduce new players to Dungeons and Dragons. We host beginners all the time. We help new players make characters ahead of time online. The GM will be available to you in a chatroom leading up to the game.
My boyfriend is not into D&D, can I come with my mate?
Yes. We often offer rooms with separate beds so that two friends can attend. We have also hosted parents with their older children.
My son is 15 and wants to attend, what is the age range?
D&D is great for all ages! But, we require all guests to be at least 10 and be accompanied by a guardian aged 18+. Guests should be able to read, write, and do basic math.
I have a group I play with every week. We want a weekend intensive. Can you organize it for us?
