D&D Summer Camp

Week 1 -June 23-26 (9am to 3:30 pm each day, lunch included)

Week 2 -June 30-July 3 (9am to 3:30 pm each day, lunch included)

Held at the Give Rise Studio in Downtown Frederick, Maryland

For Middle and High schoolers

This camp is perfect for beginners! Students will learn HOW TO: create characters, look up game rules, role-play different characters, and interact in combat. They will also learn about the role of the Dungeon Master and what happens behind the DM screen.

Includes: theatre improv games, mini painting, interactive activities, prop/map crafting, terrain crafting, and 3+ hours of gaming each day!

Lunch is included. $450 per student per week, -$50 sibling discount

Staff: Camp organized and taught by former school teacher, Apple Reese, MA. Ms. Reese has a background teaching Theatre and English at the secondary level. She has planned and directed multiple theatre camps for children. And has taught in the Frederick County Schools and has taught English overseas for 2 years. 

Daily Schedule: 

9am- 12pm Interactive lessons on character creation, game rules, and the role of a Game Master.  Plus crafting of minis, terrain, props, and maps.

12pm- 12:30pm -LUNCH (provided each day)

12:30- 3:30pm Playing D&D

$450 for the week per student, -$50 sibling discount

To reserve a spot, please make a deposit of $200 per student at one of the two buttons on the right. The remaining amount is due on the first day of camp.
